Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://danddsmovers.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Residential Moving, Commercial Moving, Apartment Moving, Furniture Assembly, Loading Services, Unloading Services, Real Estate Staging provided by D&D's Movers. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. D&D's Movers (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. D&D's Movers reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://danddsmovers.com is provided on an "as is" basis. D&D's Movers makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will D&D's Movers's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D&D's Movers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MD, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MD.
Term Changes. D&D's Movers may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
